We're looking to expand our leadership team at Chullora with experienced Assistant Managers who are passionate about both their customers & their people. Your remit will cover both the store and warehouse areas of the business.

What we're looking for:
Demonstrated retail sales leadership experience (Furniture industry experience a plus)
Proven background coaching & developing teams to achieve and exceed KPIs
Willingness to learn both store and warehouse operations
A passion for and understanding of what makes a great customer experience
Current drivers licence & own car is essential as well as a willingness to travel to neighbouring stores as required
