Nous recherchons un Superviseur Techniciens AAC (Aide au Client) (H/F)

Au sein de la Direction du SAV et rattaché au Centre National de Compiègne, vous êtes en charge d'accompagner et de faire le support auprès de l'ensemble des techniciens AAC Niveau II A ce titre, vous assurez les missions suivantes :

- Accompagnement/support aux équipes AAC (Plannings, supervision, analyse de l'activité à l'aide d'outils dédiés, suivi et optimisation de la qualité de service Client, garant des diagnostics et de la résolution des dysfonctionnements ou pannes, contribution à la productivité individuelle et collective....)

- Suivi individuel des membres de son équipe (réunions, entretiens individuels, informations et communication, suivi de l'activité individuel...)

- Suivi des litiges clients (Traitement des réclamations, gère avec le service consommateurs, conseil au client...)

-Aide à l'évolution de la fonctionnalité AAD

 

Profil recherché :  

De formation supérieure, avec une expérience en centres d'appels techniques de 2 à 5 ans, vous avez de bonnes qualités relationnelles et le sens du service rendu au Client. Votre connaissance de l'univers du SAV et votre expérience en animation d'équipes sont des atouts pour réussir dans ce poste.
